The zamoradesign studio (zamoradesign, zds, sketch-artist.com) agrees to provide compositure forensic service and/or training for the listed client in a professional and timely manner. Fine print

Unless otherwise amended, the following conditions apply to this agreement.

1. Rights: All rights to the use of the artwork and electronic files remain the property of zamoradesign, except as noted: A. Exclusive Use of artwork transfers to the client upon full payment of all fees of this agreement. Composite sketches remain the property of zamoradesign unless the client agrees to purchase the original sketch. Contact zamoradesign for final fee of original composite sketch.

2. All invoices are due upon submittal of invoice. All invoices will be subject to a 15% late fee after 10 days.

3. All fees and costs are estimates and may change with the scope of work. zamoradesign will provide the client with an estimate prior to the start of any new work outside the scope of this agreement.

If you have any questions regarding this agreement please e-mail me immediately! The FEES for this contract will be sent in anemail or letter and shall become a part of this Agreement. Please review the FEES portion of this contract before accepting this Agreement.
